These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vulnaguard website and any information you submit through our waitlist or contact flows. By accessing the site or submitting information to us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Website purpose
The site is intended to describe Vulnaguard's CMMC readiness product direction, collect early-interest submissions, and communicate with potential users or partners.
2. No guarantee of product access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee product access, pricing, a launch date, feature availability, or a specific follow-up timeline. We may choose how and when to contact or onboard prospective users.
3. Your submissions
You agree that information you submit is accurate, current, and does not violate any law or third-party right. You may not use the site to transmit harmful code, spam, fraudulent information, or content you do not have the right to share.
4. Intellectual property
The website, branding, copy, design, and related materials are owned by Vulnaguard or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit them without prior written permission, except for ordinary personal or internal evaluation use.
